Family“You always have this fear in a movie of just being somebody's woman.”
Fear“I can only hope to be 10 percent of the mom mine was to me. She encouraged me to be confident and enjoy life. That's what I want for my son.”
Hope“At the end, the realization is that she had to get to a place in her life where she could drop her guard and make peace with the fact that whether she had a small amount of time, that she had to kind of live it completely through, instead of living by the rules.”
Peace“Something I learned very early on in my career is that there are a lot of things that you do not have any power over.”
Power“So far I'm not surprised by anything about being a mom. It's all pretty great - but that's what I expected.”
Mom“I grew up on Bette Davis movies, and Marlene Dietrich, Marilyn Monroe.”
